We know that one of the major problems with submission of records to NatureSpot are areas which lack public access. Mostly, this comes from agricultural areas of the County where there are few or no public footpaths. Last year, NatureSpot worked with the Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust and a Leicestershire farmer through the Jordans Farm Partnership to visit a Leicestershire farm and catalogue the biodiversity on a Leicestershire farm, and this year we hope to do so again with another farm.
