Description

A large chalky white club, unbranched or only slightly so, with longitudinal grooves and blunt tips. It has a distinct stem.   It may darken with age.  

Similar Species

Branched forms can look very like the Crested Coral Clavulina coralloides; this has multiple branches and more pointed tips.
