Slimy Waxcap - Gliophorus irrigatus
Cap is up to 5 cm across and is smooth, very sticky/viscid, grey brown to grey. The stipe is also sticky. Gills white, thick and wavy. Spore print white, spores ellipsoidal, smooth.

Widespread in Britain but not particularly common.
