Ribautiana ulmi

Description

Length 3.5 to 4 mm.  A yellow leafhopper associated with elm; with grey markings/spots at forewing apex. Two black spots on the vertex, and one on the midline at the front of the pronotum.  

Similar Species

Ribautiana debilis can have similar markings on vertex and pronotum, but is smaller
