Ramularia ulmariae
The White Mould Ramularia ulmariae causes purple spots to appear on the leaves of Meadowsweet. Small white tufts of conidia in caespituli, emerging from stomata, should be visible.
Similar spots can be caused by pathogens or physical damage.
