Populicerus populi
Males c.5.5mm; females 4.9-6.5mm. A brownish-yellow leaf hopper associated with Aspen (Populus tremula). There is a white spot on the clavus and the forewing veins are not dark. Dark triangles on the scutellum.
Other Idiocerinae on Aspen, especially Popuicerus laminatus.
Close examination of a specimen is needed. Provide photographs taken from top, side and face; note measurement from veretx to wing apex, and note the host plant.
