Populicerus confusus
Length 5-7 mm. A yellow-green leafhopper associated with sallows. There may be some reddish-brown shading across the clavus and inner parts of forewings, some darker marks on pronotum. The face and vertex are also yellow-green, and nmarked.

Close examination of a specimen is needed. Provide photographs taken from top, side and face; and note the host plant.
