Nut Disco - Hymenoscyphus fructigenus

A tiny, whitish fungus the fruiting bodies are cup shaped to disc shaped and up to 4 mm across. It is Saprobic on beech nuts, acorns and other nuts, growing in clusters.

Widespread and fairly frequent in Britain.
