Meiosimyza rorida
3.5-4.5mm. Pale yellow/orange throughout without any significant markings on either body or wings.
- 2 ocellar bristles originate from ocellar triangle - pointing forward
- strong dorso-central bristles pre-suture
- vein R2+4 bare on underside of wings
- acrostichals in 4 untidy rows (middle rows longer)
- palps yellow
- tips of antennal segment 3 slightly darkened (brownish)
- tarsi yellow

Widespread and fairly frequent in Britain.
