Galerucella calmariensis
4 to 5 mm. The elytra are pale reddish-brown with a broad, blackish longitudinal stripe on each.
Associated with Purple-loosestrife and found at water margins where that host plant is present.
Peak time is April/May to September.
Widespread in England and Wales.
Fairly frequent in Leicestershire & Rutland.
