Edwardsiana rosae

Description

Length 3-4mm. Pale or yellowish but variable in colour without strong markings. Perhaps the most difficult of all leafhopper genera, with 21 UK species, of which only two are easily identified; the other 19 cannot be identified based on external features alone.

Habitat

On Rosaceae, the only Edwardsiana species to occur commonly on roses.
