Common Fleabane - Pulicaria dysenterica
Medium, hairy, stoloniferous plant. Stems erect, branched above. Basal leaves wither by flowering time. Flowerheads daisy like, golden yellow 15 to 30 mm in lax flat topped clusters, rays numerous linear.
Damp habitats, water margins, wet ditches, marshes and wet meadows.
August and September.
Perennial.
Found throughout Britain except in Scotland.
It is fairly frequent in Leicestershire and Rutland in suitable habitats. In the 1979 Flora survey of Leicestershire it was found in 96 of the 617 tetrads
