Aphrophora pectoralis
Length 9-11mm. Forewings yellowish in the basal third with an indistinct blackish band behind this. Style (paramere) outer corner slightly rounded.
Can be identified by external features at 5-10X magnification.
On Willows.
Summer-Autumn.
Fairly common in England.
Rarely recorded.
