Agrocybe rivulosa
It grows tall with a whitish stem and pale brown cap that starts off conical, but flattens and wrinkles with age, and produces brown spores. The stem has a fleshy, pendulous ring.
Grows on woodchips and in compost heaps
It is found in summer and autumn.
This species was only added to the British list in 2004 but is now widespread in Britain.
Fairly common in Leicestershire and Rutland.
