Mocydiopsis parvicauda
A small deltocephaline leafhopper with rather pointed wing apices. Whilst many specimens lack dark markings on the clavus, some may have a dark spot. There are other dark markings on the forewings.
Mocydiopsis attenuata has a dark spot on the clavus. Mocydia crocea has more pointed wings.
To confirm this species, the male internal genitalia should be examined.
