Cicadula flori
A small yellow-green or yellow-orange leafhopper associated with sedges. The vertex usually has small dark spots, but may be unspotted. As with all Cicadula, females are very difficult or impossible to identify with certainty, and examination of internal male genitalia is needed.

Tall sedges - Wet meadows, fens, margins of waterbodies, etc.
