Chilenocaecilius ornatipennis
A pale yellowish species, with dark smudges on the wings and with an areola postica cell not joined to the median vein. There are dark patches on the thorax and a dark line from the antennal base through the eye.
There are several pale yellowish species with similar venation and dark marks on wings, including the common Valenzuela flavidus
