Spring Fieldcap - Agrocybe praecox

Description

Convex light-brown/ochre cap, becoming flatter as it ages, with a darker centre.  Surface of cap cracking in dry weather.  Gills adnate, pale brown, darkening with age; spore print brown.  Short-lived ring on stipe.
