Stubble Rosegill - Volvopluteus gloiocephalus
Cap is sticky, conical to convex in shape, pale greyish-brown, oli-brown, creamy coloured as it ages. Gills white then brownish-pink. The stem is whitish, fibrillose; the volva can be hidden in the soil and hard to find
