Bat Walk at Charnwood Water

Join the bat group for a bat walk around Charnwood Water. Charnwood Water is a lake surrounded by trees and a circular footpath just short of one mile. It is around 27 acres and used mainly for leisure purposes.

The lake and woodland areas provide insects for foraging bats (fingers crossed!).

Park on the road and meet in the car park. Please wear warm clothes and sturdy shoes and bring a torch and bat detector if you have one. We will also bring some bat detectors.
