Garden Tickseed - Coreopsis tinctoria

Alternative names
Dyer's Tickseed, Plains Coreopsis and as Nuttal Weed.
Description

An upright, fast-growing plant, with lance-shaped leaves, reaching a height of 1m. It has large, daisy-like, bright orange-yellow flowerheads with red centres. The flowers are borne on branching stems.
