Psallus pardalis

A rounded bug associated with Turkey Oak.  Pale head and pronotum, pale or light orange clavus and often darker orange corium, pale  orange cuneus with pale base - all covered with orange spots.

Other Psallus.  

Dissection of male genitalia needed, plus photo of specimen.  You must note the tree species from which it was collected

Rare.  Only two specimens found, on two sites, during sampling of Turkey Oaks in June 2025
