Loughborough Naturalist's Club looks forward to presenting this event - talk stats at 7.30pm Frank Ince is a member of the Russell Society, which specialises in topographical mineralogy and has nearly 400 members spread across the UK and overseas.
Leicestershire and Rutland has a rich and varied geology that covers the last 600 million years of the Earth’s history. This illustrated talk will explore the geology and highlight some of the processes that gave rise to the remarkable array of rocks, fossils and minerals that have been found in the area.

There is parking for about 11 cars at the Church Room and along Church Lane. Alternatively, use the main Quorn car park off nearby Station Road. Meetings begin at 7:30pm and finish about 9:30 pm. Visitors are very welcome for whom there is a charge of £5.00. Please bring your own refreshments
