Typhlocyba quercus
Length 3 to 3.5 mm. The pattern of orange and yellow spots and darker marks at wing apex is unique in UK leafhoppers.
Mianly Oak, plus Hornbeam, Plum, Blackthorn and Birch.
Adult: July to October.
