Eriophyes homophyllus

Description

The gall mite Eriophyes homophyllus produces hairy galls on Blackthorn (Prunus spinosa) and Plum/Damson (Prunus domestica). The galls are found almost exclusively along the midrib and in the vein axils with a small opening on the underside.
