Length 5.5 mm. A brown harvestman with a darker saddle. Care is needed with identification.
Various habitats including grassland, woodland and waste ground as well as in suburban areas.
August to November.
Widespread and fairly frequent in Britain.
Status in Leicestershire and Rutland not known.
