Guided Bat Walk
Meet at the car park Snibston Discovery Park, Ashby Road, Coalville LE67 3LN. (There will be no parking charge for this the gate will be opened)
Join local Bat Man, Joe on a short guided walk in the dark to learn about the bats to be found at Snibston Discovery Park. We will have specialist bat detectors to “hear” the bats as they hunt for their dinner as we walk through the arboretum and around the fish ponds. Families are welcome to join in with this walk and feel free to bring your friends too.
No need to book. Come in sturdy footwear, dress for the weather and have a waterproof. Bring a torch as it will be dark. Some torches will be provided for the walk as well as bat detectors.
