Eupteryx urticae
Length 3 mm, associated with nettles. Identification of some Eupteryx species can be difficult and requires careful examination of markings on vertex, pronotum and forewings. Variably marked in black or brown over yellowish green ground colour. Hind tibia are dark. 2 large dark spots on the vertex, with a smaller wide-based triangle between them on the base of the vertex.
Eupteryx cyclops has a narrow trinagular mark on the vertex, and pale hind tibia.
Good quality photographs in side-view and top down.
